Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Besides bringing a few of the traditional dishes to dinner, I'm also in charge of making the place cards. Last year I used rosemary and it was simple with a nice smell so I figured I'd go with another rosemary idea. Thanks to Spoon Fork Bacon for the rosemary wreath idea! I couldn't find any extra long rosemary at the farmer's market so I just bought regular rosemary from Whole Foods and tied two sprigs together so that the wreath could be a decent size. They came out really cute! Warning: your fingers will smell strongly of rosemary after.
If you want to try something more simple and easy, here's what I made last year that's also from Spoon Fork Bacon.
It might be fall right now, but it definitely doesn't feel like it in OC. The weather has been in the high 80s this past week and reaching 90 in some areas. That doesn't mean we can't start preparing for fall though! I'm really picky when it comes to sweaters so I have a hard time finding ones that I really like. Maybe that's why I always feel like I don't have enough winter clothes. That and because winters in socal are pretty much nonexistent. Here's 6 sweaters for the fall.
Madewell: I love how this sweater feels.
BP: I actually bought this sweater last month. It's thick and really soft feeling.
Madewell: It's on sale!
J.Crew: You can never have too much stripes! It's on sale too!
